CALL: 310.399.8800 from Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm, and request to speak to Full-Service Catering.

Please allow 7 business days’ notice for ordering.
What We Provide:
Our events include a Personally Curated Food Menu, Event Staff, Table Display and Optional Beverage Service (not required, provided by Client request only).
Staff:
Each event is staffed by a Party Manager and Chef at minimum. Additional staffing is based on Final Headcount.
5-hour minimum applies to all staff.
7-hour minimum applies to Party Managers.
Dietary Offerings:
Every Full-Service event includes a fully customizable and personally curated food menu, meaning we can accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and intolerances. Please mention your preferences when requesting a menu.

Individual sensitivities
Changes:
You are allowed unlimited changes to Food Selections, Drink Selections and Final Guest Count up to 7 business days prior to your event. After this date, Guest Count and Selections can only increase, not decrease. Any and all increases will be subject to additional costs.
Full-Service Catering Policies:
A deposit of 50% of the Total Cost of your event is due at the time of booking. Such deposit will confirm and guarantee the event date and will be deducted from the final payment, to be collected after the completion of your event, pending adjustments for incidentals.

While we accept payment in the form of Credit Card, Cash or Check, we require a Credit Card to be held on file until final payment has been collected.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 100% charge of total bill.

Cancellations within 7 days will result in a 50% charge of total bill.

Cancellations may be eligible for a Credit, available to be used toward future Full-Service or Gourmet to Go Catering, subject to our approval.

-- ADDITIONAL SERVICES

In addition to providing food, drinks and staff for your event, our team may suggest additional offerings to bring your event to life. We work with a trusted team of Preferred Vendors to provide you the best in quality and service, but are also available to coordinate with Outside Vendors upon request.

All additional services arranged by us are subject to our Coordination Fee.
Full Bar Service:
Our events include Wine, Beer & Non-Alcoholic beverage service upon Client request. We are also available to coordinate Full Bar Service, including Spirits and Liquor.
Final cost is based on consumption.
Rentals:
For events requiring rentals of cooking equipment, dining-ware, furniture, service accoutrements, tenting, etc., we can coordinate delivery, set-up and pick-up of all items.
Disposables:
Upon request, we can alternatively provide disposable bamboo, plastic or paper dining-ware, including plates, bowls, napkins, silverware and cups.
Flowers:
We are available to coordinate flower arrangements, specialty decorations and delivery by our Preferred Florist, upon request. Clients wishing to coordinate their own flowers and display are welcome to do so.
Valet & Parking:
Client is responsible for all staff parking. At venues where free street parking or a free/Client-validated lot is not available, we will include staff parking reimbursement in our final bill.

For events requiring Valet for guests, we can provide this service, included in our final billing.
